Data controller

The data controller is Lina Bulzomì, sole proprietor trading under the Merino District brand (VAT no. IT11565020150), with registered office at Largo Brugnatelli 13/4, 20090 Buccinasco (MI), Italy, reachable at info@merinodistrict.it.

What data we process

This website is a showcase and contains no registration forms, accounts or payment systems. We do not directly collect visitors’ personal data.

• Email and messages. If you write to us, for example with the “Notify me at launch” button, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use them only to reply to you and to notify you of the collection’s release, if you asked us to.
• Browsing data. The site is hosted by Netlify, which records some visit data for technical and security reasons, such as the IP address, date and time and the page requested.

Legal basis and retention

We process the email you send us to reply to your request and, in the case of the launch notification, on the basis of your consent, which you give by writing to us. We keep messages for as long as necessary to reply and manage the notification; if you want to be deleted, write to us and we will remove your address.

Cookies

The site does not use profiling cookies or analytics or marketing tools.

Google Fonts typefaces

To display some texts, the site loads typefaces from Google Fonts servers. This may involve sending the visitor’s IP address to Google. More information is available in Google’s privacy notices.

External links

The site contains links to Instagram and TikTok. When you open them, your data is processed by those services according to their own notices, for which we are not responsible.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing or to object to it, by writing to info@merinodistrict.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your own country.

Changes

We may update this notice, for example when we start selling online. The date at the top shows the latest version.
